Clerkhand keeps a small business's QuickBooks Online bank feed categorized. Each week it files new bank and card transactions to the right accounts, and sends you one short email about the few it couldn't place.

How it works

1. You connect your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's own sign-in. We never see your QuickBooks password.
2. Clerkhand learns how your books have been kept: which vendor goes to which account.
3. Each week it categorizes the new transactions. Anything it isn't sure about stays in Uncategorized and goes on your weekly list.
4. You answer the list. Clerkhand learns from your answers.

What it doesn't do

Clerkhand does not prepare tax returns or give tax, legal or accounting advice. Today it works on the bank feed only.
